Lazy Sunday mornings are a guilty pleasure we all tend to relish. This day channels a sense of freedom into our otherwise moribund lives but also makes us a tad-bit lazy as well. Though Sundays remain more or less amazing for most of us, the only challenge you face is making the breakfast when you practically don’t want to do anything. 

We all know that Sundays are that day of the week when you are not in a mood to cook and just wish to make everything in a swish! Trust us, if you haven’t thought about it yet, a few slices of bread are good enough to make a good meal. All you have to do is toss a few ingredients and you are ready to go.

Bread Bhuji

Breakfast toasts isn’t the only option for quick breakfast meal. Bread bhuji is a quick dish that can make your breakfast more colorful and toothsome. Marinate some wheat bread cubes in curd mixed with cumin and a few pungent spices. Stir it in a pan till it start giving off a golden yellow color. Add some chopped veggies and spices to the mixture according to taste.

Sweet toasts 

Sometimes, it is good to start your day on a sweet note and sweet bread toasts are a perfect pick for your lazy Sundays. If you think that toasts are all about jam and butter then you haven’t experimented much as yet. Drizzle some condensed milk or honey generously on top and garnish with some strawberries and dry fruits to have a wholesome breakfast.

We all have heard the morbid tales of how difficult it is to make Japanese sushi. We tend to disagree here because it is extremely easy to make bread sushis. Roll some veggies in bread, sprinkle some spices on it and eat to your heart’s delight!

You got some friends staying over for a weekend? Impress them with this experimental concoction of your beloved Chinese dish. Stir some veggies and bread crumbs dipped in corn-flour batter in a pan. Make sure you buy good quality bread, preferably a multigrain bread as it is nutritious and toothsome at the same time. We suggest you to stir it in a pan so that it does not become too oily.
