The difference between the two is that while the white flour uses only the endosperm, the whole wheat is processed to use all three components. This makes whole wheat much rich is fibre, zinc, magnesium, vitamin B6 and E, folic acid and chromium.      

2. Multigrain Bread    

This can make your breakfast really interesting and healthy at the same time, without compromising on taste. Multigrain bread is made with more than one grain which includes barley, millet, flax and oats as well as certain seeds like flaxseeds, quinoa, and sunflower seeds. Multigrain bread has benefits that are double than that of whole wheat due to the added nutrients from the grains and seeds.                        

3. Pita and Flatbread

Pita and flatbread originated in the Middle East. You can make the most delicious dishes by either toasting your bread and filling it with anything you like or pairing it with hummus. Hummus and pita is one of the most common and favoured dishes from the Middle East. To keep things healthy, you can toast your flatbreads with margarine instead of butter.     

4. Garlic Bread
