A business trip means a break from sitting in your office every day for several hours and actually being able to enjoy your work a little more with the change in location, interactions with new people and visiting new destinations. 2.Water and Juices
Always carry a bottle of water and keep hydrating yourself. Considering the hectic events during a business trip, people have a tendency to survive on caffeine or consume alcohol during flights. Avoid caffeine and alcohol and instead, keep drinking water, green tea, etc. Invest in juices with no to minimum added sugar, as they are great in providing nutrition and energy.
3.Maintain A Diet Schedule
Do not skip meals, especially breakfast which is the most important meal of the day. Keep a track of your eating schedule and avoid eating at odd hours.
